My usual breakfast nowadays

I have been slowly making changes to my diet. I have started taking
oat meal for breakfast. It took some time to get used to it. Now
started adding stuffs to make it more appealing.... For eg : apples,
prunes, raisins etc. Hope I can keep this up.

Anyone has anymore suggestions to make the oatmeal tastier ? Do share
it with me. Thanks.

Bro, yogurt with muesli is also a nice source of healthy breakfast... keep the good job to get healthy eh! :)

Oooooo i love oatmeal. I do not use quaker oats, but rather the advise fm my aunt to use organic oats which are soaked overnite. For me, adding some milk, honey and bananas are the best. ^_^

make it smoother - add milk
make it tastier - add raisin or banana or prunes
make it sweet - add honey

or can add strawberry also...
dried apricot also nice...
i am joining the soft diet geng for atleast few months...
finding good soft diet food also now... :P

1) add raisins and cashewnuts or any other type of nuts

2) add bananas
